Long Hours at the MTC

Dear Family,

So in my last email I received I was getting demands for details,  here it goes!  My comps name is elder Hansen he is 6’2″ and very skinny de Utah.  I wake up in the morning at 6:29 and hope that I don’t have to wait for a shower, usually if I hurry I’m good to go.  Then we have breakfast.  We have the choice of 4 cereals.  Frosted flakes, fruit loops, coco puffs, and granola.  Guess which one I always get.  lol.  There is also all the bread you can eat.  They serve it with your choice of butter, jelly, or Dulce de leche.  It is all really good.  The Bread has this sour dough taste to it.  It is really good.  After that we have personal and companion study.  Then spanish class for 2 1/2 hours.  I’m in the Amulek district and everyone is really cool.   Just like the kids in an efy group.   In all there are 8 elders and 4 sisters.  They are all really nice.  Then we have lunch which is the big meal of the day.  Usually it is pretty good and you can always guarantee there will be some kind of meat.  One day we had a three course meal.  It was a huge steak, a huge sausage and some sort of croissant roll stuffed with beef and spices.  It was really good and alot of meat  lol.   It is a lot of fun. The yard is pretty small about the size of our backyard.  Then we have PAC which is personal language study, then we have another spanish class for 2 hours and dinner which is something smaller.   then back to class for 2 more hours.  The days go long but the weeks fly.  I can’t believe it is already P-Day.

About Elder Levi Pace

I am currently serving a mission in Montevideo, Uruguay. I spend my time teaching about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, and serving anyone I can find who needs help. I've waited a long time to do this, and there is nothing on earth I would rather be doing.
